the finest local ingredients
We incorporate the best locally grown and produced ingredients from Washington State. Our cake flour is from small family-owned farms in Washington who make up Shepherds Grain, and Blue Birg Organic Grains. Our organic berries, fruits and vegetables are from small seasonal growers from Chelan, Puyallup, Wenatchee and Yakima Valleys. We buy directly from our farmers at the local farmers' markets and feature them weekly.
We believe that knowing the source of our ingredients also encourages the farmers to do what they do best.

♥ We donate our overbakes to local homeless shelters and hungry folks on the streets.
We support and have a strong community partnership with Heroes For The Homeless, an all volunteer 501C3 non-profit charity serving King County. Our overbakes and unsold items at our venues are donated to the local shelters and any hungry persons we see. We do our best to share THE LUV! |
